SQL 2012 with SP1 Installation Issue

This is driving me nuts. I want to test SQL 2012 with SP1  upgrade from SQL 2008 r2 on my laptop, x86 processor, 32 bit Windows 7. which has SQL 2008 r2 installed, and upgrade failed half way. Then I have to uninstall SQL 2008R2 which is successfully.

So I have orphan SQL 2012 installation, then I run datastore discovery and find out INACTIVE features based on article here

http://blogs.msdn.com/b/baliles/archive/2012/04/27/how-to-fix-a-failed-sql-2005-2008-r2-or-2012-install-upgrade-mssqlserver-inactive.aspx?CommentPosted=true#commentmessage

Then all inactive products are removed, so I kick out installation new SQL 2012 again, all checks are pass, but half way through, I got this:

The following error has occurred:

Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation.

Click 'Retry' to retry the failed action, or click 'Cancel' to cancel this action and continue setup.

For help, click: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?LinkID=20476&ProdName=Microsoft%20SQL%20Server&EvtSrc=setup.rll&EvtID=50000&ProdVer=11.0.3000.0&EvtType=0xE32A4906%25400x92D13C14

I click Cancel to finish the installation, I got "failed on Database Engine, DQS, Reporting Services, SSAS, etc.

Any idea and advice?
