Moving SQL 2008 R2 to another Machine

We have a Windows 2008 R2 Server with SQL 2008 R2 SP1 installed on it.

When we initially did the Install we wanted the Data on the E:\ Drive though made the mistake of installing SQL on E:\ as well, so all of the Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server files are there too.

I have a new Windows 2012 Server with SQL 2008 R2 SP1 Installed on it. SQL is installed on the C:\ Drive this time.  I still want my DBs to be on the E:\ Drive though.

The UserDatabases will reside in the same Folder Structure(e:\Data\<DBs>), though the System DBs will be in new locations.

They were in E:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA

I'd like them to just be in e:\SystemDBs

What is the best way to Move the SQL Configuration, DBs, SSIS, etc to the new server and have it start up with the Proper DBs in the right locations?  Once I get the Files moved I will rename the old server something else and then rename the new server the same as the old server name so all of the clients can still connect to the same server name.

Thank you!
